Please read the following terms and conditions very carefully as your use of service is subject to your acceptance of and compliance with the following terms and conditions (“Terms”).


  • Order your choice via ‘Order Here’ Button (with your name, number of items, phone number and preferred time of pickup) or can SMS/WhatsApp @+31-615609653
  • Same day deliveries can be placed latest by 15:00 hrs.
  • All payments in cash only, to be given at the time of delivery.
  • Cancellations can be done max before 14:00 hrs on the same day of order delivery.
  • For Bulk orders, please notify us one day in advance.
  • Do send your valuable feedback to reach@homehandi.com about the food/service for us to improve/serve you better
  • All prices indicated above include a 6% VAT
  • HomeHandi is a registered company in the Dutch Chamber of Commerce. The name and logo are registered and under the ownership of HomeHandi and cannot be used in any other form.
  • Chefs are solely responsible for the quality of food and its effects on consumption. HomeHandi is not responsible for that.
  • Chefs are required to maintain strict health and hygiene in their kitchens as mentioned in seafood.oregonstate.edu/.pdf%20Links/Food-Safety-Manual-FDA.pdf
  • The prices quoted are determined by the chefs and they are excluding BTW of 6%.
  • The menu changes everyday and is mostly determined by the chefs. HomeHandi ensures there are no duplicate menus by two or more chefs on the same day
  • HomeHandi is a transparent organization and strictly follows the rules & regulations as mentioned in the Dutch laws.
  • Chefs need to ensure that they pay the taxes on the selling done here and arrange it themselves. HomeHandi is not responsible for the individual tax filing of the chefs.
  • Our packaging and delivery is of the highest quality. None of the food has been tampered with.
  • Delivery time mentioned may vary with a maximum of 1 hour from the original delivery time mentioned


  • Customers can cancel their orders maximum of 30 minutes since the time they place the order. If customers cancel the order after 30 minutes, the customer would not be granted a refund and order will be delivered.
  • Customers can cancel the order by calling/whatsapping/messaging the phone number as mentioned in HomeHandi
